Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Anyone can apply to become an affiliate, but I reserve the right to approve or reject applications at my discretion so that there is a match in the messaging I'd like around the community.

2. Referral Commission

• You receive €10 per referred member per month, for as long as:
• the referred member stays subscribed to BLDG.Community, and
• your affiliate account is active and in good standing.
• Payouts are made monthly, in the beginning of each the month, after successful billing of the referred member.

3. Payouts

• Payments are made via bank transfer (or PayPal, if offered at the time).
• You’re responsible for providing accurate payment details and handling any applicable taxes.

4. Referral Tracking

You must use your unique referral link. I cannot retroactively apply referrals if someone didn’t sign up through your link.

5. Permitted Promotion

You may share your link via email, social media, or directly with people who would benefit from the community.

You may not:

• Run paid ads using the BLDG.Systems or BLDG.Community brand name
• Spam or mislead people about the offer

6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or pause the affiliate program at any time
• Remove affiliates who misuse the system or breach these terms

If that happens, any unpaid earnings for valid referrals will still be paid out.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify affiliates of any major changes.
